Getting Started

We will endeavor to provide you with the best service, attention, and benefit programs in the industry. Most importantly, we want your relationship with us to be beneficial to you and your employees.  With that in mind we have outlined below a getting started guide. This should give you an idea of how easy it is to add a voluntary benefits program that will benefit your employees.

Meetings to Discuss the Specifics:

• We will meet with you at your convenience to discuss your employees needs and what specific programs you would like to offer, when they will be offered, and how they will be communicated.

Meet with your Payroll Department:

• Once a benefit strategy is determined and programs selected, we will work with your payroll department to setup our single payroll slot solution.

Execute your Communication Strategy:

• We will deliver all communication materials requested at no cost to you and coordinate any plans as determined by you.

Program Goes Live:

• Employees are enrolled in the benefits as planned and payroll deductions begin.

Ongoing Service:

• We will provide you with an account manager who will be your single point of contact for all programs offered. They will manage the carriers selected and coordinate all communications to employees going forward.
